The room was spacious with a gorgeous sea view stretching from my room's large balcony. Enjoying drinks there was a highlight. However, the air-conditioning struggled a bit, making some nights uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing for the price. Service was lacking, and certain items felt overpriced compared to other hotels in the area. I also noticed some inconsistencies in room cleaning. I had to request a kettle multiple times. The hotel’s proximity to the town's nightlife was a plus, but noise from the street could become an issue in the early morning hours.

I had a great time with easy access to the beautiful Juan-les-Pins beach, just a five-minute stroll away, and was thrilled to find the lovely Parc de la Pinede only a short walk of less than five minutes where I could relax and enjoy the views during my stay.

The location is superb, hidden in a quiet area yet close to everything you need. The staff made a noticeable difference with their friendliness and professionalism, making us feel welcomed at every turn. I particularly enjoyed the stunning pine park view from our exclusive double room. it truly added to the serene atmosphere. Many guests mentioned the lovely sea view, which I would have loved to experience more.
